The 3D methodology is the result of Meinert Schivers & Company's extensive experience developing software applications and providing technology consulting. Frustrated with the existing documentation tools and process frameworks on the market, we created a flexible, efficient system that uses open standards to combine formal lifecycle concepts with a results-oriented approach. The Meinert Schivers & Company 3D methodology produces completely documented projects without relying on inefficient, proprietary tools.
Meinert Schivers & Company begins every project with a detailed assessment of core business drivers, detailed requirements gathering, functional specifications, project design and analysis of existing technologies to develop a solution that maximizes value for a client. A joint team usually performs this phase with representatives from the client and the Meinert Schivers & Company engineering practices team.
The Develop phase is where project work is completed. As the project evolves, a liason between client and firm ensures communication and real-time analysis of the project delivery against deadlines. Development involves object modeling, development architecture, and software interfacing, network analysis, GAP analysis in the software development and the consultancy and advisory analysis in our other services.
Meinert Schivers & Company is dedicated to ensuring its customers are able to maximize the value of its deployments and recommendations. The Deploy phase is used to provide end-users and administrator's documentation and manuals to install, use, and maintain the results of project development.
